Stonewall, Texas

The Central Texas village of Stonewall located on U.S. 290 west of Austin was established in 1870, and named for Confederate General Stonewall Jackson. The town is famed for the delicious Gillespie County peaches, and the location of LBJ Ranch, home of the late President Lyndon B. Johnson.
