Featuring Performances by Ballet Folklorico Flor y Canto and Grupo Folklorico and Rondalla de Guitarras Armonicas from Delegacion DIV3, under Direction of Professor Pablo Munoz Villanueva. ‘El Grito’ the independence yell, will highlight the evening. The annual cultural exchange is made possible by special invitation from The San Elizario Historic District to Delegacion DIV3 in Cuidad Juarez, Mexico and made possible by Artistas Unidos de Cuidad Juarez.
