4 Madison County Tractor Ride - Annual FFA Blue & Gold Alumni Tractor Ride of Madison County

Gates Open 6 am - Start Time 8 am
Registration Fee $30 - DUE BY AUGUST 30, 2016
Fee covers rental of the fairgrounds and also liability insurance of $1,000,000 required by the Fair Board. This only covers the fairgrounds. You must provide your own insurance for your tractor, trailer, and vehicles.
By signing and registering for this event, you have read and acknowledged that:
1. Winterset FFA Alumni and Blue and Gold Boosters and it’s organizers shall not be held responsible for any
accident or injury resulting from negligence on the part of participants or from any participant’s faulty equipment.
2. Each participant will provide his or her own insurance as described above.
3. All drivers must possess a valid drivers license.
4. Tractors must have rear view mirror, SMV sign, good working brakes, and all riders must be on an approved buddy seat. No duals allowed.
5. Tractors will roll rain or shine.
6. A dock will not be available for unloading and loading of tractors.
7. No passing at any time, you may only pass a broken down tractor that is stopped.
8. A support vehicle will be provided.
9. Tractors MUST be able to maintain 12 mph.
10. All tractors must follow all traffic laws; some intersections will have heavy traffic and no traffic controllers.
12. No alcohol, drugs, or tobacco allowed on the fairgrounds.
13. One meal included per registration. Additional meals available for $5.

2 - 3 Covered Bridge Festival - The annual Covered Bridge Festival, held on the second weekend in October, is a time-honored tradition of celebrating our local heritage with arts and crafts, vendors and demonstrations, farmers market booths, wineries, quilt and car shows, family entertainment, and more. We’re currently accepting applications for vendor space. We encourage you to apply for booth space, and look forward to hosting you at the next Covered Bridge Festival!
