Completed in 1908, the Monroe County Courthouse is a Classical Revival style buidling featuring brick and stone construction. Standing three stories high, it has a tower housing a bell and clock, the top of which is 119 feet above the ground.
Recreation includes museum, dairy museum and a reconstructed one-room stone schoolhouse.
