Patriotic exhibit of small quilts from Judy Howard at Buckboard Antique Quilts in Oklahoma City.
The quilts are the result of a contest.
White Chocolate
Needles & Friends members will exhibit quilts made in a White Chocolate Workshop taught by Janet Jones Worley.
Silent Auction:
Each day of the show quilted items of various sizes will be on display for "silent bids" and the winning bidder will be announced at the end of the day. Funds raised are for community service projects and quilt show expenses.

Beaver Dunes State Park ORV Areas

Beaver Dunes State Park Camping

Pioneer Campground is located adjacent to the ORV area. This campground has 13 water and electric sites with direct access to the dunes.
Both campgrounds have a comfort station with hot showers and a sanitary dump station for recreation vehicles in Hackberry Bend.
Another area of the park is Big Sandy picnic area. This area has a sand volleyball court, basketball goal, horseshoe pits, playground, nature trail, and 2 reservable shelters. Pavilion #1 will accommodate up to 50 persons and #2 up to 20. The pavilions may be reserved a year in advance of occupancy date. Scattered through the park are also individual picnic tables, some with cooking grills, for the day use picnicker.
The children also enjoy fishing in the park's small 15-acre Beaver Lake, stocked with largemouth bass, channel cat, and perch.
Beaver Dunes State Park Trails

Wildlife who make the park home includes coyote, striped skunk, opossum, prairie rattlesnake, raccoon, cottontail rabbit, whitetail deer, wild turkey, bobwhite quail, and a variety of common spring and summer birds. Native plants include sand plum, wild grape, sand sagebrush, skunkbrush, horse mint, lobe mallow, yucca, Indian blanket, and a variety of drought-resistant grasses.
