- Central Avenue Historic District- Directions: On Central from Prospect Avenue to Park Avenue Restored buildings dating from the late 1800s and early 1900s now house art galleries, coffee houses, restaurants, shops; Bathhouse Row. 
- Charlotte Street Historic District- Historic Victorian downtown homes, library, museum, art gallery; reserved tour or self-guided tours

- Morrilton Historic District- Carnegie Library, Classic Revival courthouse, churches, homes, downtown shopping
