Halloween Parade
- The Phillipsburg Area Chamber of Commerce will be holding their annual Halloween parade on Sat. Oct. 30, 1:00pm @ the Phillipsburg Community Building. The witch will arrive and take the kids parading around the square to show off their costumes and then go back to the Community Building for their treats.
