Event Details

Cars and trucks 2000 and older. Awards and trophies, dash plaques (first 50 entries), door prizes, raffles, goodie bags, 50/50 pot and much more. Registration fee is $20 and includes 1 free lunch meal deal. Registration 8:30 to 12:00 noon. Breakfast will be available by the local scout troops, lunch will be served by the Westmoreland Area Chamber. Stay for the annual Westmoreland Oregon Trail Celebration and Festival and BBQ. Always the second Saturday in June.

The stone church museum was built by the German Evangelical Association, organized in 1871. In 1914, The Church of Christ purchased the property, and used the Church until the year 1977

The Summerville cabin was built in 1867. It was donated to the Rock Creek Valley Historical Society in 1993 and is part of the museum complex. The log cabin has a loft and stairway. Extensive restoration was necessary prior to the grand opening in 1999

The Westmoreland City Pool was constructed in 1991. Swimming lessons are available in the summer and the pool can also be rented for private parties. Adjacent to the pool is a shelter house and playground, all of which are part of Dechairo Park.
