Reconstructed log tabernacle, covered wagon, handcart, tools and artifacts near on the site where Brigham Young was sustained president of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in 1847. Learn about the Mormon Battalion, the succession of the prophets, and the settling of the area by Mormon pioneers from 1846-1854. Model of 1852 Kanesville town site, panoramic exhibits.

One of three remaining examples of the rotary cell jails, this three-story brick structure was completed in 1885 and featured a cage that rotated to allow jailers a view of all cells from a single vantage point. Listed on National Register of Historic Places.
