David Davis Mansion

David Davis Mansion This 19th Century mansion was the home of United States Supreme Court Justice, David Davis, mentor to Abraham Lincoln. The mansion, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was built in 1872. Several annual Festivals include the Glorious Garden Walk and Mr. Lincoln's Birthday.

Guided tours of the David Davis Mansion are given every half hour and every hour throughout the day, beginning at 9:30 A.M. Tours begin in the Barn/Visitor Center.


Admission: No Fee, Suggested donations: Adults: $2. Children (under 17): $1
Hours: Wednesday – Sunday, 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Last tour begins at 4:00 P.M. Closed Mon and Tues and major holidays.
