The 1905 Georgian Revival historic jail represents a metaphor of the gang/prohibition era which existed in Franklin County during the 20's: memorabilia tributes to Gen. John A Logan, "Beatle" George Harrison, Mike Malkovich, NBA star, Doug Collins.
