All visitors receive a free cookbook, and the retail gift shop carries thousands of specialty and regional cookbooks featuring Cajun, Southwest, or Italian cuisine or specialty cooking such as casseroles, breads, desserts, vegetarian, or low fat. This is a true factory outlet offering quality overrun cookbooks with most priced between $2 and $4 each.
