Escondido Draw 9-11 Memorial OHV Event

You are invited to Escondido Draw 9-11 Memorial to be held at the Escondido Draw Recreational Area, GPS Latitude: 30.3855720, Longitude: -101.5908374, or 34 miles West of Ozona off Interstate 10. The special runs and events will take place over the weekend of September 10th and 11th. All proceeds will benefit various local Volunteer Fire Departments.

Fort Lancaster State Historic Site

The 82-acre park was originally donated to Crockett County in 1965 by the Meadows and Benckenstein families for preservation and public use of the site and was transferred to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department in 1968. Today it is managed by the Texas Historical Commission.
