Event Details

Flim-flam artists, con-men, and never-do-wells on the Oregon Trail? Not your image of the folks who made their way from St. Joseph or Independence, Missouri to the banks of the Willamette? Then you need to come on out to the National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive Center and meet Dr. Balthazar. Mike Follin's hilarious forty-minute rendering of this fast talking, slippery snake-oil salesman, "Dr. Balthazar and His Marvelous Miracle Medicine Show" will surely give you a few second thoughts about the emigrants on the Oregon Trail as well as a lot of laughs. Dr. Balthazar knows he can cure anything from the common cold to a death of two week standing.
