29 - 30AZ0303007e006 - Page UNITY Powwow - Everyone is invited to come celebrate a weekend filled with Native American Powwow Singing and Dancing. The UNITY Powwow will be held at the Page High School Gym in beautiful Page, Arizona near Lake Powell National Recreational Area.

Enjoy Native American arts and crafts. Experience the beauty of Native American culture and heritage. Grand Entry takes place at 7 pm Friday and at 1 pm and 7 pm on Saturday (Mountain Standard Time). Specials include teen girl's jingle, men's grass, and a couple's hand drum contest. This is a Contest Powwow in all categories. Bring your own chairs and shade for the event.

Vendor space is still available (until March 21st).

24 - 25AZ0303007e002 - Page Page/Lake Powell Rodeo Days - Page/Lake Powell Rodeo Days is sponsored by Monroe and Sons Rodeo Company (Darryl and Michelle Monroe along with their two sons Jacob McCabe and Gabriel Monroe) out of Page, AZ. They bring in the All Indian Rodeo Cowboys Association to host the rodeo and it is co-sanctioned by the NNRA, Navajo Nation Rodeo Association. Two nights of rodeo action included bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, bull riding, tie down roping, steer wrestling, ladies barrel racing, ladies breakaway roping, team roping, senior breakaway roping, junior barrel racing, and junior bull riding.
Friday night is Red/White/Blue Night celebrating and honoring the men and women who served and continue to serve in the United States Armed Forces. The Honor Riders consist of motorcycles riders coming from all over the United States and they participat in a special Grand Entry and Flag Presentation to kick off the rodeo. Saturday night was Pink Night honoring and supporting Breast Cancer Awareness.

5 Pumpkin Festival - Join in the fun at the Pumpkin Festival as Page continues the tradition of the largest gathering of carved pumpkins in the state of Arizona! All day of entertainment, contests, and the grand lighting ceremony.

12 Lake Powell Half Marathon - The Lake Powell Course features spectacular views of the lake. Starting at the Page Shores Amphitheater and ending at Stateline Marina, this is one of the fastest courses in our race series. It is also the first race to feature a trail as part of the course. The area between Mile 5 and 6 is on a trail. There are areas with loose sand and some ups and downs. Be careful.

We will have lots of parking at the finish line (State Line Boat Ramp) and shuttles going back and forth between the start line (John C. Page Park) and finish line for spectators and runners.

1 - 2AZ0303007e008 - Page Page Lake Powell Hot Air Balloon Regatta - Balloon Lift-off every morning with a street fair and balloon glow on Lake Powell Blvd on Saturday. During the first weekend of November imagine 50 colorful balloons ascending into the clear Arizona sky against a backdrop of the azure blue of Lake Powell contrasted with the red of the Navajo sandstone and the ever-changing hues of the Vermillion Cliffs. The entire event is a visual so spectacular that it becomes truly awe-inspiring. There is something mystical and magical about watching hot air balloons peacefully rise into the sky and float above you.
