This class is taught by Joane Patrick, Certified Instructor and practitioner of Qigong and Yoga. One hour packed full of self healing modalities that have been proven to improve breathing, circulation, focus, health challenges of the heart, and imbalances such as diabetes, arthritis, chemical sensitivities, pain and stress, just to name a few.
Some of the techniques used in the class are the same ones used by Martial Artist and Astronauts alike. They develop internal power, concentration, increase muscle and bone density, create balance, strength and flexibility. Easy to do.….great for all ages and health levels… can be done standing or sitting. You will feel great after each class and with consistent use will experience great improvement in your complete health.
