San Saba, Texas

San Saba was settled in 1854, and named for the scenic river on which it is located. As the seat of San Saba County, it is an agricultural area producing wool, mohair, cattle, horses, hogs and poultry. The city is also widely known for its pecan crops which are shipped worldwide.
