Listed on the National Register of HIstoric Places as an engineering marvel, it's the only one like it in the world. It's made of granite blocks set in a fashion to allow the tides to flow through, it's an exceptionally beautiful landmark. Located in coastal Harpswell, Maine,it spans Orr's and Bailey Islands.
