Tour of the Scioto River Valley

Event Details

Tour of the Scioto River Valley (TOSRV) is a 2 day, cycling trip from Columbus that follows scenic roads through Chillicothe ending at Portsmouth and back and covers 105 miles each way. It leaves on May 10 and returns on May 11, 2008. The major stop for the tour is in Chillicothe for lunch in beautiful Yoctangee Park from approximately 8:30 - 2:30 pm on Saturday and the same times on Sunday.

For those wishing to do a Half Tour (or Tour of the lower Scioto River Valley), riders will begin their trip in historic Chillicothe on Saturday morning, ride to Portsmouth for the overnight stop and return to Chillicothe on Sunday morning.
