More than 150 colorful entries will attract a crowd of 4-to-5,000 people to the center of Uptown Shelby for this annual tradition. Join the community for an afternoon of fun to boost your holiday spirit! This event is presented annually by the nonprofit Uptown Shelby Association! 3pm.
