Whitehorn Cove will be hosting the Annual "Turkey Shoot" to help raise general funds for the Ft. Gibson Navy. The event will also announce its newest its new Directors Todd Foreman and Angela Cowen. The event helps the Navy to conduct other fundraisers for different organizations throughout the entire year, including different voluntary fire departments, local outreach, and the Fireworks show in July. The event is $5.00 per shoot (Navy provides shells for 12,16,20 g and 4-10) Bring your own shot gun or use one of ours. We will be selling Chili (Deer and Beef) for $3.00 and raffling a Cross Bow for $2.00 a ticket. Children and women welcome for this family event. Come shoot a cartoon turkey and take home a frozen turkey just in time for Thanksgiving.
