| 7 | Blue Ridge Music Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony - 1st annual celebration of inductees honoring those involved with music of any kind who were either born or active within the greater Blue Ridge Mountains area, from northern GA to northern VA, and those who contributed to the traditions of Blue Ridge Mountain music such as ballads, old-time, bluegrass & gospel. The Blue Ridge Music Hall of Fame, to be located in the Wilkes Heritage Museum, will educate, define, and interpret the history of Blue Ridge Mountain music and offer exhibits of musicians in all genres within the region.
