Open-air display features old buildings, shops, homes and vehicles, plus pictures, historical documents, maps and pictorial records of everyday life from pioneer days through the Roaring Twenties. Among the buildings is a log cabin built in 1866 and in continuous use through 1960. Restored to original condition, cabin has handmade pegged windows and wooden door hinges oiled with washers of bacon rind.
