Come out and watch the garden tractor pulls and demonstrations of sorghum processing, apple cider making, and cooking apple butter. Shop our flea market and craft booths. Enjoy breakfast and lunch at the Chuckwagon. Explore our living history town, Cottonwood Station.
Our grounds provide camping hookups, modern restrooms, and concessions.

Atchison Rail Museum
Adjacent to the Santa Fe Depot, the Atchison Rail Museum is owned and operated by the Northeast Kansas Railroaders, Inc. It features an outdoor collection of rail cars including a Baldwin locomotive, several passenger cars and cabooses, and a snow plow.

Atchison State Fishing Lake and Wildlife Area
A 66 acre lake contains largemouth bass, channel catfish, redear sunfish, bluegill sunfish and black crappie. The wildlife area has about 136 acres of grass and timber open to hunting.

Aviatrix Amelia Earhart was born in this home, built by her grandfather, Judge Alfred G. Otis, in the early 1860s. It it owned and operated as a museum by the Ninety-Nines, Inc., an international organization of women pilots. Earhart helped found the group in 1929
