Alvamar Golf and Country Club includes much more than golf. Excellent cuisine, tennis and swim club, fitness center and impressive native stone clubhouse along with two 18-hole championship golf courses and practice facility complete your club package.

With outstanding golf at its heart, Alvamar opened its first nines, Jayhawk and Quail Creek (public), in May, 1968. The Hidden Valley and Sunflower nines (private)were added over the years. Bob Dunning and Mel Anderson designed the courses which have challenged golfers of all levels and received well deserved recognition both regionally and nationally. Golf Digest says, Jayhawk and Quail Creek nines have been included in "America's 50 Greatest Public Golf Courses."
