Beautiful, friendly, and progressive, Findlay has magnificent mansions stemming from the gas and oil boom of the 1880's that line the 100 foot wide Main Street. Nestled in the Blanchard River Valley, the 10 villages of Hancock County are wonderful places for year-round recreation. Hancock County is home to more than 3,000 acres at 75 locations of outdoor recreational opportunities including three nature preserves. The more than 10 parks in the Findlay area provide an abundance of recreational facilities for the entire family.
