Frannie serves noon meals with friendly conversation and a warm atmosphere. The two room restaurant is located upstairs in the corner of a restored 100 year old building in downtown Yates Center, Kansas. You order from Frannie as soon as you enter the door, and as you leave you pay and make your own change - $1.00 plus tax per meal, or $1.00 for a slice of good pie, always three or four or more choices of Frannie\'s morning-made pies!
