26 Annual Heritage Syrup Festival - Drive or Fly to Henderson, TX (Rusk County Airport - RFI) second Saturday in November for Syrup Festival. Pancake breakfast at the airport from 8 to 10 a.m. We'll take you downtown for the festival and get you back. Arts/crafts, food, kids activities, car show, antique tractors, pioneer crafts, ribbon-cane syrup making, melodrama at the 1885 Opera House, music, hayride shuttle between downtown and Depot Museum venues. Henderson has some great new hotels, so stay the weekend. Our airport has cheap fuel! 9am to 5pm.
