Kid's Fishing Derby
- Bring the entire family to Arrowhead Park for an afternoon of outdoor fun. Since this event is held in conjunction with Iowa's FREE fishing weekend, a license is not required for Iowa residents. HawkWatch Eagle Migration
- Hitchcock Nature Center has been recognized as one of the top 5 hawkwatches in the world for viewing migrating bald eagles and November is the ideal time to view these majestic animals on their journey south.
