Pymatuning State Park is located in Ashtabula Co., an hour east of Cleveland. Ohio & Pennsylvania share Pymatuning Reservoir, a 14,000-ac. lake offering boundless fishing & fun.
Pymatuning Lake offers a sand beach. Boating has a 10 hp limit. Boat rental is available. Five launch ramps provide access. Fishing for walleye is enjoyed from shore, wheelchair accessible causeway, off Rt. 85, or the lake. Hunting is permitted in designated areas.
Hike 3 mi. of nature trails. Picnic areas have tables & grills. Three shelters are reservable. Programs at the nature center provide summer entertainment.
Two-bdrm. cottages have kitchen, bathroom, living room, TV, porch & central heat. One premium cottage offers extras including: hot tub, Florida room, A/C & large deck. One-bdrm. cottages are available May-October & offer living/dining areas w/room divider separating the sleeping area.
Pick 1 of 373 campsites with/without electric. Amenities: showers, restrooms, camp beach & camp store. Pets permitted on designated sites. Enjoy hassle free camping in a Rent-A-Yurt.
2006 Camping Fees are $19-$30/night. Rent-A-Yurt is $40/night. Cottage Fees are $65-$135/night. Reservations: 1-866-OHIO-PARKS
