Wonderful, cozy cottage with beach rights on beautiful Sebago Lake. Nice sandy beach only a 2 minute walk. This cottage is a year round residence. It has great heat, unlimited hot water and air conditioning. It will accomodate 8 people comfortably with room for a few more. It has a lovely,private back yard with plenty of room for volleyball, horshoes, or even a few tents for overnight visitors. There is an adult size bicycle available for rental as well as guided fishing tours by motorboat. Nearby there is an animal and nature preserve with walking and bicycling trails. There are several great hikes within a 15 minute ride and many great restaurants within 30-45 minutes. Come relax in the Maine woods with all the privacy you'd like and more
