I grew up in New York, and went on to my Bachelors of Science degree at Syracuse University. After completing my undergraduate degree, I started working in Manhatten repairing main frame computers for the Port Authority of New York, and pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering, It was at this point that I became interested in pursuing a medical degree. I was accepted to the California College of Podiatric Medicine accelerated program. When I completed my Doctorate I went on to my residency in Los Angeles. From Los Angeles, I returned to the east coast and opened practice in Rhode Island. I practiced and raised my 2 wonderful daughters for the next 25 years in Rhode Island.
