Located along Basin Road, a half-mile north of Oklahoma 51, The Harbor will include 450 boat slips, cottages and the largest floating marine store-restaurant in the state. A total of 130 slips could be built within three months, and the restaurant is scheduled to open Memorial Day 2013.
