Forté Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is conveniently located in the San Antonio, TX medical center area, overlooking the beautiful Oak Hills golf course. Forté provides general orthopedic,
neurologic and oncology physical therapy services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain and reduce suffering from injury or disease. In addition, our Wellness Programs are intended to enhance clients' overall enjoyment of life.
