10 Miss Wichita County - Pure American Pageants Prelim - Join us on Sat. Feb. 23rd for your chance to be crowned Pure American Pageants' Miss Wichita County!

Contestants of ALL AGES!!

Queens crowned from each age division will receive a full round crown, custom sash, gift bag and 1/2 off entry fees to the TX/LA State Pageant April 27-28th in Beaumont!!

On-stage Personality

Ages 4 and Up:

On Stage Introduction(this will be done during the 2nd modeling outfit)

Contestants can choose 2 categories to compete in the modeling portion of the competition from these categories:
Western Wear, School/Business Wear, Decade Wear, Casual Wear, Sports Wear, Party Wear, Outfit of Choice (This can be anything you want- ethnic outfit, dance wear, Halloween Costume, etc.)

Lunch will be provided for contestants!

20TX0479104e021 - Wichita Falls Annual Deer Fest - Deer Fest is a one day event at the MPEC Exhibit Hall in Wichita Falls, Texas. All proceeds for this event will help fund the Adopt A Box Program. Adopt A Box is a local charity designed to provide children in need with basic hygiene items. The program is now helping kids in 21 counties!

Deer Fest and Operation Game Thief will team up to bring their "Wall of Shame" trailer to Wichita Falls. The "Wall of Shame" features some of North Texas largest game animals killed illegally and confiscated by Game Wardens. Bass Tubs of Oklahoma brings us the Ultimate Shootout Archery Trailer as well.

New this year Sons of Guns!! You have seen their show, now come see them in person!! Break out sessions will also be new this year. Some of the best in their fields will sit down with you and share their tips and tricks of their trade.

Other attractions include vendor booths, live and silent auction items, Junior Anglers Catch tank and live entertainment. Deer Fest will be an exciting fun event for the whole family with an entire room full of activities just for kids. Join us in a family friendly day of hunting and fishing fun while supporting the Adopt A Box Program, at Deer Fest on Saturday beginning at 9:00 AM.

The Kemp is a landmark historic building (C.1917) centered on a downtown city block that underwent a $2.6 million renovation and opened in March of 2002.

The course will kick off at Hamilton Park at 9 am and then wind through the Country Club neighborhood. We hope to attract more than 200 participants, raising $5,000 for BBBS. There are currently more than 100 kids on the waiting list for a Big.

16 - 7 ElectriCritters - Enjoy the lighted trail exhibit, which features thousands of lights on more than 155 silhouettes nestled among the trees and bushes along the trail of River Bend. Local favorites share some very unique Christmas tales to delight the child in everyone. Look for roving entertainers along the paths. Santa, Mrs. Claus and Rudolph put in special appearances. Hours are 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. weekends.

16 - 17 Wichita West VFD Annual Arts & Crafts Show - Vendors come from all across the area to showcase their products at the annual winter arts and crafts show.
