The Florence High School Alumni Association, the oldest continuing alumni association in the state of Kansas, holds their annual Florence Alumni Banquet on Saturday evening of the Memorial Day weekend, every year since 1896. Students from past classes of Florence and Marion High Schools meet to visit with old classmates.
