Event Details

Area residents display their hard work and talent during the annual arts and crafts show. Everyone is invited to participate in the parade at 11:00 am.

Farmer's Market, Co-Ed Sand Volleyball Tournament, Horseshoe Tournament, Balloon Launch, Eureka Days Parade, 11AM, Free BBQ Lunch provided by the Central District Fire Department, Memory Shack Photo Booth, Kids Games including water balloon gauntlets and ring tosses, Petting Zoo, Lawn Games for the Big Kids - Bocce ball, cornhole, ladder golf, horseshoes, lawn frisbee, and more, Medallion Hunt, Free Swim, Hot Wing Eating Contest, Smoked Ham Dinner, Live Entertainment!

Historic Homes Tour

Neodesha has several homes builit in the late 1800s and turn of the century. The beautiful Queen Anne Victorian style home at 7th and Main was built in 1898 by Dr. Allen, grandfather of Dr. Allen Moorhead, the current resident. Another of the late 19th century elaborate homes was built in 1895

Because of its historic downtown, Neodesha was selected as a Kansas Main Street City in 1993. The occidental Hotel, later owned by Carrie Brown, was then renamed the Brown Hotel. Housed in an impressive Georgian building built in 1914, the Neodesha Art Association sponsors summer theater for children, music performances, and drama. On the second Saturday of every September it hosts an Arts and Crafts Fair for area artisans with fun, food, and entertainment for all ages.
