Event Details

The Crawford County Fair offers a great time for visitors of all ages. The fair is filled with fun and excitement for yound and old alike.  Enjoy senior and junior fair exhibitors; livestock shows; harness racing; entertainment at the grandstand; 4-H livestock competition; and a 4-H style revue. This year's fair includes booths consisting of 4-H, vo-ag., grange, commercial, clubs, flower shows, culinary displays and competition.

The D. Picking Company is the only hand hammered copper kettle manufacturer remaining in the United States. Founded in 1874 this is the last of the Old Copper Shops still making its original product - Apperbutter Kettles - primarily by hand.

American Crossroads Mural was painted in our downtown area by Artist Eric Grohe of Marysville, Washington in 1999.  This mural depicts the Bucyrus downtown area of yesterday and tells some of the story of persons in Bucyrus.

Crawford Antique Farm Museum is a chance to see farm machinery, tractors, household items from yesteryear. This Museum takes you back in time with some items that were in use before tractors.

Grass Run Alpacas

The Grass Run Alpaca Farm is an enjoyable stop to see the fuzzy alpacas and hear the interesting story about raising them and the many uses for their hair.  There is always an alpaca brought to the building so you can pet and make over it.
