The Landon Nature Trail is a multi-mile rail trail which is open to the public for non-motorized uses. It begins in front of the Brown v. Board of Education National Historic Site at 15th & Monroe Streets in Topeka. It travels southeast through Topeka and out across Shawnee County. It follows beautiful Linn Creek and the wildlife is abundant. During the warm months the trail is under a tree canopy most of the way and is shaded.
