5K-10K run, Fun Run, 7:45am & 8:00am; 10:30am parade, sand volleyball, children's games. Art-in-the-Park by Harlan County Arts Council, 10:00am-3:00pm. Lunch in the park, burgers, Polish Sausage and Kraut, Taco in a Bowl, Homemade Ice Cream, Snow Cones. Little Tuggers Pedal Pull, 1:00pm. Free evening entertainment in the park.
