Event Details

The annual multi-cultural rodeo will be held in Ponca City to commemorate Juneteenth, the annual commemoration of the ending of slavery in the United States. 8:00 PM. The rodeo will be sponsored by Attucks Community Alliance and Ponca City Network Group (PCNG).

Competitions will include tie down calf roping, steer wrestling, team roping, ladies barrels, junior barrels (15 and under), peewee barrels (8 and under), bull riding and a special Pony Express Race. First-place prizes range from $260 to $290. Entry fees are $100.
