Event Details

The Children's Small Mall is an opportunity for children 3-13 years old to do their own holiday shopping for family and friends in a controlled and secure environment. Children love this event as it allows them to pick out something that they think their loved ones will want without the presence of a parent and the gift comes from the heart. For the first time shoppers and parents it is important to know what to expect so our 'Head Elf' explains the process. The gifts are $3, $5 or $7. Prior to entering the shopping area a gift list is completed with names, ages and dollar amount for each gift on the child's list. Our volunteer elves guide each shopper into the shopping area where gifts are arranged according to category and price. Our wide selection of gifts include jewelry, gift sets, novelty items, toys, games, stuffed animals, sweets and so much more. Once the shopping list is completed each gift is wrapped, labeled and ready to be placed under the tree. To complete their shopping experience each child receives a free ride on the 1913 carousel, (photo op) a bag of Magic Reindeer Food, movies and access to the Kid's Craft Corner to make awesome ornaments. Parents, while waiting for your little shoppers enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and browse through the gifts, crafts and baked goods available for purchase. Be sure to check out our 3 raffles; A Sports Cooler loaded with sport items, Women's Basket filled with things for mom and the Kid's Toy Box spilling over with toys, stuffed animals and books.
