Event Details
From 7-10pm each day the River Walk will feature local middle school and high school Mariachi Bands perform on floating barges along the 2 1/2 mile downtown area of the River Walk. Enjoy the music from the banks of the River Walk as the barges float along. This is a great time to sit outside at a River Walk restaurant, sip on a margarita and enjoy the music. Each set of barges will make one lap around the River Walk. Barges are not guranteed to stop in any particular place. You will see the boats from the patios of any river walk restaurant or Rivercenter Mall. Barges will load and unload at The Chamber of Commerce (river level). This is an official FIESTA event.
