The Great Salt Plains Birding & Crystal Festival will be April 22 & 23. Some of the fun activities will include a free movie outside under the stars on Friday at dusk, at the Cherokee City Hall on Grand Ave. On Saturday we have a full line up planned, a town wide garage sale all day, a clean up Cherokee event from 2-5pm and from 9am-1pm come dig for crystals at the Crystal Digging site south of Cherokee, prizes to be awarded!!
