More than 2.5 million volumes make up 4 special collections housed here. The History of Science collection includes volumes by Charles Darwin, Galileo, and others; the Western History collection includes historical photographs, books & manuscripts; the Bass Business History Collection; and the Carl Albert Congressional Archives, which contains congressional papers.


Admission: Free to the public.
Hours: July and August on Monday-Thursday, 8am-8pm; Friday, 8am-5pm; Saturday, 10am-4pm;
Sunday, 1-5pm.
