Eureka, Kansas

Capture the spirit of the beautiful Flint Hills of Kansas from the back of a horse. We provide horses, tack and guide for trail rides through the hills, along wooded areas and streams on our 960 acre ranch.

We cater to families, church groups, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and Trail Riding clubs, who like to get off the "highways" and see the "back country". From April through November our trail rides start at approximately 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

The Hawthorne Ranch is 8 miles north of Eureka, Kansas. Eureka is approximately 50 miles south of Emporia on Highway K99, or 60 miles east of Wichita on Highway US 54.

Please call for reservations.
