Step back in time at City Sundries. The original wood and glass display cases, marble counter, soda fountain and metal chairs will take you back to the late 1800's when this historic building was built. Original to the building, antiques fill many of the shelves including items prepared when the building housed a pharmacy in the early 1900's and equipment used in the store over its years as a soda shop. A large mural enhances the north wall with a scene of a 1950's soda shop. Gift items, cards, balloons and unique treasures fill the store. Stop by for lunch or dinner of a grilled sandwich and a creamy chocolate malt or try a fresh hand-squeezed cherry limeade from the fountain.
