You'll be fascinated by the history that fills this rudimentary structure, which for four eyars served as the last courthouse between Independence an the Pacific Ocean. If walls could talk, we'd be astounded at what these wll-worn logs could tell us, including the story of an angel who visited the courthouse in 1833. Served as a temporary courtroom for Harry Truman while the historic Jacksoun County courthouse was being remodeled.
