Swedish Heritage Center

The Swedish Heritage Center is housed in the beautiful former Swedish mission Covenant Church building. Oakland's own Swedish museum and gift shop was opened in 1989 and features free monthly cultural programs.

You will find exhibits of Swedish crystal, linens and needlework brought by pioneers and rooms typical of early Swedish/American homes. Gift shop.

Hours: May-Sept., Tues.-Sun., 1-4pm. Oct.-April, Sat. & Sun., 1-4pm.
